Ive never done the growler thing, how long do they normally last?

I was trying to help out some of the local brewery's -  Will a larger growler at least 3-4 days?

unopened maybe a few weeks if they fill correctly.  Opened: finish it.

I had to watch a mandatory mental health/self care video the other day for COVID-19 deployment, and the psychologist narrating started saying "maybe that one drink every few nights has now turned into one drink per night, or more. That may be a sign that you are not coping with the stress well."
