I don't know how you recover so quickly! I didn't even go to the gym last week. This is one of my two super bad seasonal allergy times of year, and all I do is cough all day and night. So between not being able to breathe or sleep, I just got my allergy shot last Friday and CRASHED. I don't have energy to do ****!

The real key is to make 90 lbs jumps, because then you only have to make one trip to the plate rack by carrying a 45 in each hand.

Also, I can carry a 45-lb plate in each hand no problem by just hooking three fingers through the center but don't ask me to do a farmer's carry over 26 pounds.

In solidarity with my husband who got the diabetes, I've been following the American Diabetes Association diet for the last five days. I have lost three pounds, which is definitely just water weight, but it's been fairly decent so far.
