PE Licensing by endorsement in New York State

I’m a PE in 3 states on the east coast and recently applied for a PE in New York state using my NCEES record. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing from the NYS engineer board and status still says pending on the website. After a little research, I’m finding horror stories of NY PE licensing taking months of back and forth even after they review your application. Just curious to hear if anyone else can share their experience getting the NY PE good or bad.
