They needed to change the status from exam eligible to final review when they posted the exams results.

I think so. Everything they do kind of don’t make sense. You submit the application and it takes them 6 months to evaluate it. And if they approve your application, they let you take the exam next quarter. And the next quarter could be 90 days later or a day later. My experience with the exams was that the first 10 problems where the toughest ones, and I tried to convince myself that they did not do that intentionally. In surveying exam I spent more than an hour on the first 10 problems and the rest of the time on the next 45 problems. And you take the exams while you don’t know what is the criteria for passing them. They post the exams results on 3 am, while they can post them on 5 pm or 6 pm, I see that everybody wakes up midnight to just check it they have posted the results or not. When I called them after 16 days to see when they are going to issue license numbers, they response was that they have no idea and I need to go and look up my name in the website to see if it has been issued or not. And still, I try to be positive.

And I forgot to mention that you take an ONLINE exam and it takes them more than a month to tell you if you passed or not.
