Not sure if this is a sarcastic post or not... but I'll take the bait.

You'd think so, but we've seen at least once where 56/80 was a fail.

Ashlei sounds like a fake name, or the name of someone I went to high school with, both things that eliminate this "person" from working at NCEES.  

Where I assume everyone is named John, Charlie, or Ed.  Good solid engineer names.

It was a real question, I'm a bit new to EB and the PE speculation game, I flunked last time with 49 right, no so good

Depends on the level of commitment.  Might be more like soft restraints one can't hurt self or others with.
