Nice job! You'll have to post some pictures, if you haven't already...

I don't feel like baking bread takes any more dishes than, like, baking muffins or something... Especially ones you can use a Kitchen Aid mixer for. But what I do more is sourdough that uses, let's see, one mason jar for the levain, two big bowls for making the dough and then letting it proof, and then two bannetons to let the dough retard in the fridge overnight. Oh, and a dough scraper and bench scraper. But doing all these dishes is also spread out over, like, two days, so it really doesn't seem like it's that much.
Yes!  I need to upload the photos to facebook, so my friends can see, and then I'll post them here.  So EB can see!

I tend to deal with breads that only need one or two proves?  So washing the dishes aren't really the mix up, it's mostly that if I want to make cookies or something...the bowls I'm using are already slated for bread.  Plus I haven't really tried any over-night prove breads (sourdough scares me), so if I make bread during the week it turns into a "I'll wash those dishes tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" and then it's Saturday.

NYS is a safe one to get the orginal license. NYS has always been one of the harder states to get a license via comity. But most other states will accept NYS licenses without issue (CA, and FL are the big exceptions that come to mind).

RI changed their rules fairly recently. Maybe they were worried about the numbers being so low? For all I know, the original 3x requirement might have been because of something that applied more broadly to all professional licenses?

@matt267 PE
Yeah, NYS is pretty hard to get licensing for teaching as well.  There is a lot of supplemental testing/course work that needs to be taken.  A lot of my family, who are teachers, have said that once you get a license in NYS you're pretty much good anywhere else in the state.

And I don't see myself moving the CA or FL anytime soon.  Too gluten-free and swampy, respectively.

Pffft, of course there is a difference between trips and vacations.  I love going on cruises because if it's a trip with a lot of ports I've done before, I literally just stay on ship, relax, burn in the sun,

I like cruises because it's like a moving hotel, but with gambling and guys in speedos who should not be in speedos.  They're as close to all inclusive you can get, which relaxes me a ton, and it's cheaper than getting a hotel at pretty much everywhere.
Yeah, that's the approach of my wife and in-laws.

I like to explore new places and do new things. The appeal for cruising is mostly the value for the money, and the ability to get to a lot of places in one trip. Some places are pretty much only accessible by boat.

I used to do the road warrior thing, so hotel hopping isn't a problem for me. And I'm not a fan of casinos either. I know way too much math, and fully understand the laws of thermodynamics to mess with that.

  Too gluten-free
I see what you did there.

And stop making me hungry!

TERRIFIED.  IT'S ALIVE.  YOU HAVE TO FEED IT.
Yeah, only a couple of times for a few days before you want to use it. Otherwise, it keeps quite happy in the fridge! Which reminds me, I should probably feed my starter tonight...

And Rhode Island sounds tough.  How the hell did they keep the license numbers up with that?
@JayKay0914

They made things a bit easier in RI now:

E. Board Policy on the Number of Times an Applicant May Be Allowed to Take the FE or PE Exam.

1. A qualified applicant will be allowed to take the FE or PE Exam in a specific discipline a total of three (3) times. This would be an aggregate total regardless of where or when the exam was taken.

2. An applicant who has failed the FE exam or the PE exam three (3) times in a discipline, may request permission to take the exam for an additional time, if before each additional exam attempted, they agree to complete an appropriate Board approved review course or advanced engineering courses in areas of their discipline and submit written proof to the Board of having successfully completed such course or courses.
