Mansour's survey book along with the practice exams are mostly good enough. Like someone else mentioned , use a diffErent calculator that you'd normally use for the pe , that can save u calculation time for problems that involve angle conversions , Etc. Find some good online resource for curve geometry problems. I saw a lot of them on my test. Make quick ref notes for basic areas, volumes, coordinate geometry and trignometry equations ( these are gold for the survey exam).
According to the "Instructions for Live Scan Submission" document the actual documentation must be submitted . It states that "Without that form, we will be unable to retrieve your results from DOJ and FBI."
I was able to get licensed without sending in that form. The FBI and DOJ send the info directly to the board. I just mailed my results yesterday so it may be a while before I get my license given the upcoming holidays
I used mansour to learn the basics, then took a ton of practice exams to get the whole time thing down.
I got my license 2 days after getting fingerprinted. I hadn't sent in the paperwork yet. I have since sent it in though.
Don't expect them any time soon. They usually don't appear for many weeks after the results are released.
When you say online, you mean at a CBT test center, correct?
