After Passing SE Exam . .

I just passed my SE exam. I'm already licensed in 14 states as a PE. some of these states (CA, DE, TX, WY, OK) also provide SE roster designation. What's the best way to update/upgrade from PE to SE roster designation? Do you have to re-apply for a new license or do you just contact the board? Appreciate any information you can share, if anyone else has gone thru this..
