Being that I live in NJ (tested, passed and work in NY), this warms my heart. Better late results than never! Congrats to you and all others that passed in NJ!

Interesting. ABET’s website shows they were accredited in 2013. I wonder why it’s no longer the case.
not entirely sure, I knew about the EE department but i also just looked at their site and the only two engineering programs accredited by ABET at Stanford is Mechanical and Civil. Seems crazy to me..
A number of the very top schools (where a good proportion of the students are heading to PhD programs or research positions, rather than "engineering" per se) have been abandoning it recently because they think it's too restrictive. I believe Caltech followed Stanford's lead the next year in abandoning accreditation for EE and also ChemE.
Absolutely. Now, listen up because I'm only going to say it once. Once you pass the test, like i did in 2015, your state's release date won't matter to you anymore.
