You will not know what the cut score is. NCEES does not release it. It can sometimes be estimated/guessed from whatever the highest reported non-passing reported score is.
For example, when I took a review course, the instructor would ask us to fill out a survey on our opinion of the course and how it could be improved, or what was most helpful, etc... If we failed, we could report our score if desired. The instructor would come back with statistics and say something to the effect of, "Ok, the highest reported score from the pool of people who failed is____, so we can assume the passing score might be 1 or 2 points higher than this score."
