There's a Mozilla extension that will auto-refresh your tabs for you so you don't have to do that, that's what I did. Although in practice, I think it's just best to wait for the email from NCEES.

Chrome has an automatic refresh add-on too. I used this to check my results... At least until I made my now husband (then, boyfriend) look at them for me because I was so scared to see failure.
