I think they are behind on issuing license numbers as well. I noticed they did not add new licenses to the search database last Friday. I don't live in California, but I know the state as a stay at home order this week. We may be in for a longer than normal wait if I had to speculate.

In year 2150 BPELSG will know if you're qualified to be a PE or not via brain scan so no need to even take exams.

I have a feeling the results will come out today. 
 

Historically, November results were released on Monday and Wednesday around 3pm PST.

Took me about 15 minutes to press go on the PDF, but finally did and I passed seismic! Such a relief coming from a railroad person who knows nothing about structures. Passed survey in Oct, so should be looking for a license number soon!

I'm in the same situation. So long as you have met the other requirements, I believe we wait for a license number to appear online in the search. Soon after, the  board will send a congratulatory e-mail with your license number. Some time after that you will get a certificate in the mail.
