Talked to KY Board of Engineers, they said they authorized NCEES to release results.

Called NCEES, they said KY has not authorized them to release the results. 

Sooooo guess this will be a standoff until the KY Board calls again.

Oh man, SLIGHTLY fake news on my part, CT results are out (email received 1:58pm EST) and should be all be out BY tomorrow!

Yes, @hopefullyPE called as well. NCEES is stating that they have not gotten the authorization.
