Thanks to everyone in this thread that kept me entertained over this past week or so, and a big THANK YOU to engineergirl for keeping us posted.

I concur that you NC folks should all THANK engineergirl for updating you. I can guarantee that people in any of the other states would love to have such a person updating them.

She doesn't need to do it at all, and takes it upon herself to do so, even though some on here fired jabs at her.

I agree! I have been lurking on the site for the past 10 days and joined just so that I could tell engineergirl thank you!. So engineergirl THANK YOU! I would have lost my mind on Friday without this board. Thanks to everyone who's post keep the wait lively.

Why are some people's user names red or green while most of the others are black?

If you are talking about the scrolling banner above,.... it's for no good reason at all. When I add the names to the banner, I alternate colors so that the names are more visable. I did the banner with the names all the same color before and it was harder to read.

Other than that, it means nothing. If I don't like someone, I may put theirs in PINK.

Any reason why the banner doesn't show up when you have the forum set to the grey skin instead of the default blue?
