Info on New Yorks results

i'm just curious as to how it all works if we pass, i already saw mine name one the website last week and got the P letter today.

after a couple of the thick envelopes, its a great feeling,

Yes, I received a packet from the NYS Dept. of Education.

It contained a letter explaining the contents of the packet, my license certificate and my registration certificate.

My name was posted on the website last week.

I have not received a letter stating that I have passed the exam.

its definitely a surreal feeling, i've been in a haze since seeing my name friday morning.of course friday i had a bit to much to drink celebrating, the whole bar was buying me drinks so that may have contributed to a bit of the haze.

It seems a lot of people are passing. With that dismal pass rate for civil, I expected more "see you in April" posts. Not that I wish failure on anyone, because believe me I know how it sucks, but I guess not many unsucessful candidates are posting.

The envelope from Castle arrived in Albany today - I PASSED!! First time Civil with Transportation in the afternoon. This feels great!

Guys, congratulations to all new PE. I passed according to the letter from Castle (Civil, Structural depth), but my name still isn't on the State website. Last name starts with “Y”, thank God not “Z” . However, I truly appreciate your company during last nerve-wracking month. Good luck to those coming after us. It's party time!!! :multiplespotting:

That is what I was hinting in a previous post. Has there been a mistake? Have too many people received passing letters? Is it a conspiricy? Was there an error?

Despite all the good feelings, I can't shake that hint of doubt. :sharkattack:

I received my FE Exam results yesterday, January 12, 2009. After taking the exam 7 times, and finally studying I PASSED!

If you read the letter you only get a F, INC, DNA or P. You don't get a score.

Sorry to hear you were unsuccessful. I passed, but what I meant was not many unsuccessful candidates are posting, which makes me paranoid that there is some mistake.

OK - so do I really have to wait three weeks to see my name on the NYSEB site? My last name begins with K - anyone with a last name near the letter K see threir name yet? I know they got as far as at least C, thanks to ccollet. Anyone else? And just let me know the first letter of your last name.
