Try civilengineer (one word, all lower case).I tried that and it said "this WIKI doesn't use that password." I tried several times, making sure I was in lower case?

JROctober Exam Results
ELSES has announced the grades from the October 2007 examination have been released. The Florida Board will issue certification to EI’s and PE license numbers to PE exam applicants by the middle of January, 2008. The deadline for submitting the Fundamental re-take exam application and the PE re-take exam application is January 11, 2008. Please note: ELSES has established the deadline of February 23, 2008 to register for the April exam. Due to the high increase in applications, please limit your telephone calls for status checks of your application. The PE exam desk and the FE desk will notify you via email of your application status. You can check your application status at http://www.myfloridalicense.com. The Florida Board will make every effort to issue EI certifications and PE license numbers as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I just chekced myfloridalicense.com and I appear to still be licensed! :w00t: That is actually a relief because I have always wondered if my license might disappear under the mysterious cloak ofHas anybody observed their status on the myfloridalicense.com website go from "eligible for exam" to "active" (or whatever)?
Has anyone received a registration number yet in Florida? Why does everything that has to do with PE licenses take so long? I feel like all you do is wait. Wait 4 years to apply for the exam, then wait to be approved to sit for it, then wait to take the exam, followed by more waiting for the results. Finally, get the results, and they make you wait another month to issue a number. Once your done waiting for one thing, you wait for the next. I wonder why it can't just be like some of the other professional licenses. I mean we are all engineers, streamlining things and solving problems is what we are suppose to do. Sorry, some long overdue ranting on my part.
