It's certainly not their demeanor and customer service skills that I question.  But their undocumented "validation procedure(s)" of the exam results which to my knowledge is only good for adding delays to those waiting on results.

Got word that PCS has infact received the scores for PA.  Just waiting on PA board to give the OK on the results, so hopefully sometime in the next (few) week(s)
