@W9TWJ, Baconator has been predicting release dates for quite some time here.  He's always been spot on as far as when the release is, what the next state to release is, etc.  I'm quite certain he indeed has a source.

Got word that PCS has infact received the scores for PA.  Just waiting on PA board to give the OK on the results, so hopefully sometime in the next few months
