(Took the WRE Exam in Illinois in 2008 and passed then, but Oregon made me take it again because it wasn't recorded properly. Relieved that I didn't forget too much stuff in 8 years!)

Texas is probably going to be delayed because of the decoupling. Just my opinion.

I would agree with this opinion. I don't think the delay will be long. They may get knocked down to Day 2 or 3.

PE results are available on NCEES account. I received an email from NCEES informing that the results have been released.  I took the exam in October 2016 in Texas. Don't see anything on the TBPE website yet.
