Water Resources Study Module

I tried to access the Study Module site but it says I need authorization to go to it. I am signed up with PB, but not for the Civil Engineer site. Is there somewhere I can go to access this file?

ptatohed, there is a thread above this one where there is a link for wastewater review. I was trying to access it.

I tried to access it back when I was studying for the exam back in 2012 (creating a pbworks account, etc.) and got nowhere, so I'm inclined to write it off as being dead. If this is indeed the case the topic should probably be unpinned & binned. Also, the WR&E exam specs have recently changed so some of whatever material was on there is probably no longer applicable.
