836: An engineer with the City of Seneca has shutoff the water to NCEES in retaliation of exam scoring taking too long. NCEES was quicker on the draw and notified said engineer he failed the exam. Engineer has crew dig up sewer lateral and cap it off. Now NCEES and engineer are in a standoff.

835: City engineer calls friend at power company and he too is upset with exam scoring taking too long. To add pressure to NCEES he has a crew shutoff their power.

834: NCEES calls state board to report both engineers and their EIT license is suspended rendering their candidacy for PE licensure ineligible.
