Although I must admit it's nice to stay sharp on some of the things the homework covers. And it aligns nicely with my work too so the desire to do it is there as opposed to it being just another chore.

Are you getting a master's degree in eng, just taking a class, or something else?

Yes working on a masters degree in electrical engineering (Mich. Tech) with an emphasis on power systems. I really like the program so far.

Pork tenderloin with carrots, potatoes, and onions simmering in the crockpot. Accompanied by a salad and Parmesan foccacia.

No clue what's for dinner, assuming I even eat anything. I've actually gotten used to not eating that much in the evenings. I'll probably have a snack, maybe a cup of juice, but probably nothing substantial.

My lasagna had zucchini in it, too. And kale. It was actually really tasty. I think we'll make it again.
