Went on a lunch date with the husband. Buffet. Mmmmm.
not a buffet fan
This. Leads to over/bad eating IMO.
i just don't eat enough from them to make it worth the cost, but more of the Perfect environment for germs and spread of super nastiness...so I tend to avoid

I love buffets and can do some serious damage. I have an iron gut. i just don't make it a habit of going a lot.

I keep trying to get into the P90x routines, but I just can't seem to manage the 1hr+ workouts everyday and end up stopping after a few weeks.

I love the workouts, but I love my sleep in the AM more and my evenings never seem to have the available time...
Have you tried just doing 30 or 45 min. instead? The 1hr+ is fine for the actual program, but after that it just gets too long.

i would never have any motivation to work out at home. but i will drive my self to a gym to work out.
I was the exact opposite. Did not have enough time to devote to getting to the gym, the actual workout, shower, then return home. That was taking much too long to the point where I was skipping quite a few days. P90x I can do in my basement with my free weights and power gym. No driving anywhere and I can use my own shower. :)
same here. I would usually skip the warm ups and cool downs. The warm ups because I would do the work outs in the afternoon and not the morning so I justified it by saying that I was already stretched out. that alone saved 20 minutes.I would also work at a little faster pace and skip some breaks so in all it would take me about 50 minutes.

The tough part now will be to find a new available time to get in the work out. kids take out too much time. they need to be self-sufficient from the start

The gym i go to is 5 minutes from my office. It is a CrossFit gym so the workouts are designed to warm up, do the WOD and cool down within one hour. I have an hour and a half lunch, with a quick shower after the workout i have about 10 mins to eat at my desk.. with three kids this is the only way it works for me.

The last memerable Buffet I went to was at Excalibur in Vegas. Let's just say it did not end well for the toilet...

just another "architects are useless" post

asked them to scale something off of their plans and they couldn't even do that without screwing up. they scaled it off the wrong plan.
