State DOT once made us prepare a TCP on a state road for the removal of a road sign! Waste of time. We weren't even doing any real work within the ROW.

College Road, nasty layer of peat that needs to be removed.

Ah, yes... I know the stretch involved then. It's not as bad as some of the other stretches that need work though.

Oh well, easy to bypass that stretch of road. Plenty of other routes to take

the major detour routes i want to use is the Johansen and Airport way. Unfortunately, those are going to be under reconstruction at the same time. There goes ALL the major EAST-WEST corridors in Fairbanks! enjoy the construction traffic delays FAI!
