Does anyone know if the results are released on the NCEES site at the same time each day, or could they be released at any time?

I.e. is it possible that by clicking refresh every few minutes you'll find something new, or is it if they're not up at 7AM (or some time) then they aren't going to be up that day?

NCEES updates at any given time based on when they get the go-ahead from the states. So, yes, refreshing constantly could result in something different.
