Wife and I both took the PE in April so we have duplicates of some of these.

Now that we don't need to take the test again we are trying to lighten some up.  I haven't been able to do a lot of research on price so if you feel prices are high make me an offer.

1 - Civil Engineering Reference Manual (CERM) - Lindeburg - 15th Edition.  Has a decent number of tabs and but very light highlighting limited almost exclusively to the construction sections.  Excellent condition - Almost $340 on amazon.  Asking $275 Shipped.

2 - IBC 2012 - Minimal tabs and highlighting.  Almost perfect condition. $116 on amazon.   $90 Shipped.

3 - ASCE 7-10 - Minimal tabs/highlighting.  Almost perfect condition.  $140 on amazon.  Asking $120 Shipped.

4 - Standard Practice for Bracing Masonry Walls - 2012.  Almost perfect condition.  $140 on amazon.  Asking $110 Shipped.

5 - Surveying for California Civil PE License - Mansour.  Almost perfect condition.  $245 on amazon.  Asking $190 shipped.

6 - Surveying Principles and Applications - 8th Edition - Barry Kavanagh - Good Condition- $50 Shipped

I've also got the following textbooks that make good back-up material.  I dove into some of these for a few questions that I couldn't find in Lindeburg or my notes.

8 - Water Resources Engineering - 2nd edition- Larry Mays - Excellent condition.  Lightly tabbed.  $190 on amazon.  $150 shipped.

9 - Vector Mechanics for Engineers Dynamics - Beer, Johnson, Cornwell - 9th Edition - Excellent Condition - $170 from Amazon.  $100 Shipped.

10 - Engineering Economic Analysis - Lavelle, Newnan, Eschenbach - 11th Edition - Excellent Condition - $20 Shipped

11 - Mechanics of Materials - 5th Edition - Beer, Johnston, Dewolf, Mazurek - This is in a binder vs hardcover.  It is not a copy it is just how it was available at my school.  $40 shipped.

12 - Principles of Environmental Science - Davis, Masten, 2nd Edition. $15 Shipped

That Survey book you are selling for $190 is $125 new on PassPE's website.  http://www.passpe.com/products/materials.html

Yikes!  Good catch.  I'd only looked at Amazon.

Can't update the original post for some reason but I'd do $90 for the survey book and $220 for the CERM.

I'm open to offers so if you find it cheaper send me a link and we'll make a deal.  I just want to get rid of them!
