CA Seismic, Survey materials for Sale

Hi everyone,

I recently passed the California-specific Civil PE exams (seismic and survey) and I want to sell all of my study materials which will be all you need to pass the tests:

1. PPI Practice exams for the CA civil surveying exam, 3rd edition
2. Civil Surveying Review Workbook, Reza Mahallati (2022), unopened, still in Amazon package
3. School of PE CA surveying refresher notes
4. School of PE CA surveying workshop/practice tests
5. Surveying practice exam, Shahin Mansour
6. Seismic Design Review Workbook, Steven Hiner (based on 2015 IBC and ASCE 7-10), with updated tables and equations
7. Practice exam, Ahmed Ibrahim
8. Couple of supporting PDFs documents for both exams in a flash disc, including 2015 International Building Code (IBC 2015) and ASCE 7-10
9. Cheat sheets and summary references for both exams, in PDF format and also printed for the binder

The workbooks are marked with pencil and tabbed which all can be erased and removed. These are available for pick up in Orange County or I can ship with extra shipping fee. Please contact me if interested.



Asking $300 for all of them. (I just paid $200 for Mahallati’s work book, which is didn’t even opened it)
