This was HUGE news when it happened. The whole story was weird, but so were the 70s.

yes it was. the whole thing was completely bizarre.

^Nancy Ling Perry was the totally weird one in that bunch. What she became was nothing compared to what she started out as. Even as a kid, some of that stuff sounded completely off the rails.
