Oregon PDH Prorated Time

I attained my OR license last May. The bienniel period is this June. I count 13 months. If I read OR rules correctly, that means I am required to have 16.25 (17) PDH hours for submission this year.

Can any other OR PE confirm?

Just in case anyone else looks this up, the answer is yes, I was correct with my interpretation of the board rules.
