I'm a little proud of how long I spent in Phase 1 as a first-time taker...

Though, the real test will be avoiding Phase 5 in December.

When I was taking trig, there was an exam that I didn't do so well on. The teacher gave lots of partial credit, so she encouraged everyone to write down as much as possible. My teacher called me aside after grading the first exam to talk with me. She said she could see where I worked out questions, then went back and reworked the questions. The first time I worked them I got them right, then the second time I got them wrong. So she said from now on I should just go with my gut. From there on out I never double checked any exam questions, ever, for the rest of my college. Not too bad for a 3.9 gpa.

good acronym. It sounds more SFW than "suck thread"

I feel like the SFW version should be the PEWP thread... Though the pronunciation of that might not be as SFW as you would hope.
