My bad, that must be the sperm donation truck. 

Ha!!!  They have switched to electronic bloodpressure/pulse machines...guess I will never be donating again.  The electronic machines NEVER find an accurate reading on me.  It ends up squeezing 3 times to find it then just spits out nonsense numbers.  With the readings they give out I should be dead or having a heart attack right there.  

No food whatever BTW.
