but how does the process of giving permission work?

State need day or two to process in their system and then they release okay statement to NCEES to publish to our account. This what I think from my phone call to state representative.

I just did, the lady I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. She said I'm the first to ask. I guess nobody else in the state is freaking out about results. I wonder why that could be...?

Called Kentucky and got the same answer. She said it was the national board that released it but didn't sound too confident. I don't understand what the process with the states is.
