Does anyone know where I could grab a .pdf of the NRCS's TR-55 manual?

I can't seem to find it on the NRCS ftp site... and any link turns to be old and broken...

Yes, it is for the PE exam...

The CERM is missing a few of the tables and charts, so this helps a lot.
