Even though your major is non elect doesn't mean you don't have experience working in an electrical engineering capacity. This statement alone makes me believe that you do, or you wouldn't be able to call out those BS questions. I know a couple PEs with engineering degrees in disciplines different from what they do at work. It's common.

Yes, that is the goal of this board. 

Congrats. Now that you've passed, and will need continuing education credits, might I suggest an ethics course or two.
