NCEES Mechanical Handbook Search

I downloaded the NCEES Mechanical Handbook 1.5 from the NCEES website through my NCEES account. I enrolled in the Dr Tom review course and a couple of times in the intro module they referenced the search function of the “searchable PDF”.

I wanted to practice this but I am a bit confused on how I do this. I have BlueBeam Revue 2019 as my PDF reader/editor.

Do you have to have a specific PDF reader software for this search function to work as it will on test day?
Truly apologize for what is probably a stupid question. Searched and did not find a related topic.

Not really. It's better to be overprepared than underprepared. But yeah, I'd expect all PDF search functions to be about equal.
