Statistically speaking, @P-E is actually correct.

The first two times I failed, I got the survey within a week of the exam. When I passed, I got it around week 3 or 4

My logical side is telling me there is no way that is true, but I'm a first time test taker and I just got the survey email, so...

I took the exam and got the survey.

So if the survey comes to people who failed, that means that they graded all the papers?

And yet results come a month from now? :wacko:
