Don't worry, I got it on Nov.3rd  last year and I passed.

I wouldn't worry about it.  I don't think there's any real correlation between when you get the survey and if you pass or not.

Yeah, they might already scan your answers into the database and then email you the survey request.

but there is! if you get the survey, there's a 50/50 chance you failed. if you don't get it, there's a 50/50 chance you passed!!

Just retook the exam survey.  Hit submit and got thank you reply.  Feels good to be thanked.

results page still pending as of 11/7/2017 2:12 pm.  page not found

The more times you take the exam survey the more likely they will bump your score from a fail to a pass if you're close
