I just got my result for PE power and failed with first attempt. Can anyone analyze my diagnostics and tell if I have completely bombed this exam.

From a broad view, this is not bad for a first attempt. I wouldn't call this a "bomb". You were 50% correct or more in all but 2 sections, so that's good. Aside from the first section, you're well balanced, so basically you just need to keep studying in all subject areas. I took the exam 5 times (pencil/paper twice, then 3 times for the CBT) before I passed. You're ahead of where I was after my first two attempts. Keep up with what you're doing and take as many practice exams and work as many practice problems as you can find. If this were my diagnostic, I would study hard for 2-4 months and then re-take the exam. That gives you time to learn more subject matter while keeping what you know fresh in your mind. That's my advice.

I recall a saying which really spoke true for me: "Don't practice until you get it right....practice until you can't get it wrong."
