There are many places you may find one where someone has copied it and put it into a pdf file. I strongly recommend that you avoid these. I had gone to rapidshare on another topic, clicked on the top 4 listings, don't do it, trojans and hooks for **** sites. I was able to avoid the $40 month fee that is hidden, I lucked out. For the cost of the book, versus the damage to your computer or hidden fees, go with just purchasing the download. If you buy the asce 37-02, print it immediately, it is about 40 to 50 pages. It is a "one computer" file download. Hope this helps.

Its probably the cheapest way to get a couple of questions correct. Expect a lookup for a type of construction.
