Hello guys, just wanted to let you know that California just updated the license lookup website with the new licenses (civil included) :)

Our records are currently being updated. Please check later.

This information is updated Monday through Friday - Last updated: DEC-16-2013

This is what I see now. Don't understand how you guys managed to find your names there. Anyway, Congratulations than!!!!!

Just out of curiosity. Does anyone know if licences are updated at ones? Just checked again the lookup, my name is not there yet and looks that some of you guys have your name in there.

Probably I'll just wait for the letters to see which one I failed (maybe both of them) :)

i failed again :( 2nd time.)- survey

did u guys take any coaching?? are there any classes in Bay Area.??

i have no idea how to pass now. i pretty much lost intrest in PE license.

is there any rule saying that you have to pass with in 3 attempts or else u have to retake all three exams??

Passed surveying! In the lookup page! Whooooo!! Congrats to everyone else who passed and good luck next time to anyone who didn't. Don't give up. I passed one test each time, not ashamed of that!

There is no cap on how many times you can retake the exam. You can go as many times as you want.

In regards to classes, I took School Of PE online courses. It helped to pass the NCEES exam (structural) at the first attempt, but it looks that I failed for the second time the surveying or seismic or both of them (in April I failed both of them). I must do way more sample problems than I did, that's the key. The exam questions weren't that bad, but time was the killer (at least for me). Probably you had the same problem too. Never give up!!!
