Bacon Cheeseburger SPAM Dip

Ingredients

• [SIZE=10.0pt]1 12-ounce can SPAM® with Bacon, diced[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]4 ounces cream cheese, softened[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1 clove garlic, minced[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1/2 pound ground beef[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1/4 cup mayonnaise[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1/2 medium onion, diced[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1/2 cup sour cream[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]2 tablespoons ketchup[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]Potato or corn chips, for dipping[/SIZE]

Directions

• [SIZE=10.0pt]1.[/SIZE][SIZE=10.0pt]Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, cook ground beef thoroughly (165°F); drain well and set aside. In same skillet, heat SPAM® until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Using the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic in the drippings.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]2.[/SIZE][SIZE=10.0pt]In large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Add the beef, SPAM®, onions and garlic and stir until well combined.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10.0pt]3.[/SIZE][SIZE=10.0pt]Pour mixture into a baking dish and heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve with favorite potato or corn chips for dipping. Serves 12.[/SIZE]

SPAM and Cheese Waffles

Ingredients

1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic

12 oz Mild Cheddar cheese

16 eggs

1/2 gallon buttermilk

4 pounds all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons baking soda

4 tablespoons baking powder

1 tablespoon salt

1 cup sugar

1 pound melted butter

Directions

1.  Beat eggs and add buttermilk. In a separate bowl, mix together dry waffle batter ingredients. Pour in wet egg and buttermilk mixture. Gently mix together until lumpy then fold in melted butter.

2.  Shred SPAM® Classic and cheese on a box grater.

3.  Heat a cast iron belgian waffle maker to 350° and pour 6oz of waffle batter, once hot. 

4.  Sprinkle 2 ounces of cheese and 2 ounces shredded SPAM® Classic over the cheese.

5.  Cook until waffle is browned and crispy.
