Sorry for asking all these question but just want to understand for myself - NCEES sends results to state of PA board, then they send it to PCS and PCS sends it back to NCEES - and then we get email about results, right?

if this is how it's done does it mean that at this point PA still holds results and hasn't even turned them in to PCS?
