Really don't want to review these change order requests. Some of them are just plain stupid and frivilous

Love when those come through and they give back nothing when something is deleted!!!

In my experience, to be a successful contractor, you MUST be skilled at getting change orders approved. Especially if the reason you're selected is because of a low bid.

To be a successful contractor, you must be skilled at using the contract to your advantage. Submitting a ton of change orders in hopes that "something sticks" is not...

If I can reply to a change order request with a section of the contract that essentially says "no", it makes me that much more angry over the fact that I have to teach the contractor what's in the contract they signed.
