From past experience, does anyone have a good idea as to when the SE II exam results will be released for those who took the exam in Illinois?

I am wondering if any of the following states have a professional structural engineer designation. Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska If they do, does the state require the the SE II exam be passed in order to have that designation? Thank you for your help.

Does anyone know what happened to the Structural I exam in 2004 that caused the percent passing to drop by some 25 or 30 points. A valley that has held every since, I might add. Obviously, somehow the exam became more difficult, but the question is why and/or how I suppose. Just cuirous.
