I just got this email. I have a strong feeling that i passed!!!

I am kind of excited as i didn't submit my fingerprints this year as i had done it in past for my PE chemical!! So does it mean I passed the exam and they are sending this email too me. I hope its true!!! Fingers crossed!!!!

Now Board of California is trolling me !!!! FML

I guess there is some lucky land surveyor who didnt submit his finger prints has passed the exam!!!

What does it mean? I didnt even apply for surveying. Also i already gave my fingerprinting for my last PE itself!!!
