I don't think so, but someone feel free to jump in if I'm wrong.  I think my state's licensing board falls under the state agency umbrella though.

I feel like, if results are released tomorrow, it would only be from states the utilize NCEES to send notification for the results (since it would be coming from NCEES/would be hosted on their website).  If your state sends out results and results are released tomorrow (maybe) then they prob won't be sent out until the following day.  Theoretically.
