MA, come on already! Can PCS possibly handle the transaction of more than one state in a day?!
Whoa now, they are probably patting themselves on the back for just getting one out so soon.

On the MA license lookup site they have this notice on there:

Important Downtime Notice:

Due to a scheduled technical upgrade, several web-based services will NOT be available online including Office of Private Occupational School Education,Search a License, Locate a Professional, Change Your Address, Facilities Applications and other database-driven features. These services are expected to be unavailable from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on December 12, 2013.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

I'm hoping that means it will happen soon.
