This is getting stupid. Scores not likely to be released by Friday but will be released by the end of the year. So that leaves Dec. 28 - Dec.30, Given NCEES is closed the 27th. Dec. 31 is an unlikely date.

Love how the 8 ball tells me after I asked if I passed the PE, "not likely" but then asked if I will be taking it again in the spring, "cannot predict right now". Hopefully that means I actually passed.

The implication is that this is a temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay. Some servers in this state may also simply refuse the socket connection, in which case a different error may be generated because the socket creation timed out.

So in other words it may be either case but most likely just overloaded since it is now 6:41 pm EST.
