What's up with the clock for the forum

Every time I'm on here the clock is way out of whack.. It's doesn't seem like the site's clock is east or west coast or anywhere in between?

What gives? Where's the HQ?

At the bottom right of the screen is the "official" time for you. You have to make sure you're user profile is set to your correct time zone.
