I think they'll put them in the mail before COB and I'll actually get it tomorrow or the next day.  For some reason, they decided to regress during the last administration and start sending them by mail, whereas the two times before that, they sent them by email.  They are also a full 12 days later this time around than the last three times.  I won't kid myself and think they are actually going to get this to me fast.

Sent a note to the lady at the licensing board who deals with surveying licenses and asked if she would be mailing or emailing.  She responded that she will email them early tomorrow morning.  So, there's my answer.  I'll know tomorrow morning.
